Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Center is open Monday to Friday by appointment only. Appointments with a physician may be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM by contacting our office. If you have been referred to a specific physician, please let us know when you call. If you need to schedule an emergency appointment, there are a number of daily slots reserved for this purpose. You may call our office anytime between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm to schedule an appointment. Physical Therapy visits may be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Please be considerate of fellow patients and when necessary cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

Please bring the following with you when you come in for your appointment:       1. Insurance Card
      2. Referral Form if required

On your first visit to Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine you will be briefly interviewed by office personnel before seeing your doctor. After the doctor has completed the examination, you will receive instructions, advice and/or medications. Future appointments and referrals for therapy will be scheduled before you leave our office.

Full service Xray facilities, with licensed Xray technicians, are located onsite.
